Support Through Every Stage. Serve with Confidence.
Pregnancy is a time of enormous change—physically, emotionally, and energetically. And postpartum recovery is often just as complex. As a massage therapist, you have the opportunity to offer comfort, support, and healing in one of the most vulnerable and sacred seasons of a person’s life.
The For the Mother: Prenatal & Postpartum Massage Course is a comprehensive 18-hour, hands-on training that prepares you to serve pregnant and postpartum clients with clinical skill and heartfelt care. You’ll learn how to support the body through each trimester and postpartum recovery—while protecting your own body with sustainable ergonomics and practices.
Whether you’re just starting to work with this population or want to grow into a true specialist, this course will give you the tools, techniques, and confidence to do so safely and effectively.
Positional modifications and stroke adaptations for each stage
Postpartum considerations, including emotional and physical recovery
Five safe massage positions for supporting comfort throughout pregnancy
Indications and contraindications for safe prenatal and postpartum care
Pathologies and complications massage therapists should recognize
Anatomy and physiology during each trimester of pregnancy
This course goes far beyond basic pregnancy massage. It’s designed to help you understand the full picture—what your client’s body is going through, how to adapt, and how to show up as a trusted practitioner.
By the end of this course, you’ll have a deep understanding of:
How to communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, and birth support teams
How to market your prenatal/postpartum massage services ethically and effectively
Ergonomics and body mechanics for long-term therapist health
A small business that started as a simple one-woman massage therapy practice and has grown into a leading education and training business for massage therapists, estheticians, waxing professionals, and cosmetologists serving multiple states. Jennifer has developed the curriculum for several CE courses and certifications. Jennifer's primary career goals are to educate the population about the benefits of holistic care as complimentary to ongoing healthcare. She believes massage and skincare should no longer be considered luxury services for the wealthy but should be considered as a wellness initiative that complements the treatment plan you and your medical team have created.

I left with the knowledge and skills to efficiently run my health and wellness business. The instructor Jennifer is a wealth of knowledge. She is dedicated and insures that you leave feeling enlightened and never doubting your success. The pricing was very appropriate. The class was hands down the most important thing I've done to enchance my buisness. All is Well Collective is located in Greenville SC. I will definitely be signing up for future classes and CEU.
